Importing contacts (CSV)

You can bring an existing list into Payani AI with a CSV import.

Import

1. Open the CRM and choose to import contacts.
2. Upload your CSV file.
3. Map each column to a Payani field.
4. Review and confirm. Payani deduplicates against your existing contacts as it imports.
