Set it up

  2. Add your business details: what you do, who you serve, and your voice.
  3. Let Payani crawl your website to build your knowledge base from your existing pages.
  4. Review what it learned and refine anything that is off.
Come back and update your brand profile whenever your business changes. Everything the AI makes reads from it.
